Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has T<font color='black'>♠</font> T<font color='red'>♥</font>
CO raises to 3 BB, fold, Hero raises to 9 BB, fold, CO calls 6 BB
Flop: (19 BB, 2 players) 5<font color='red'>♦</font> 7<font color='red'>♥</font> 9<font color='black'>♠</font>
Hero bets 8 BB, CO raises to 16 BB, Hero calls 8 BB
Turn: (51 BB, 2 players) 9<font color='red'>♥</font>
Hero bets 14 BB, CO calls 14 BB
River: (79 BB, 2 players) 7<font color='black'>♣</font>
Hero checks, CO bets 128.5 BB and is all-in, fold
CO wins 75.5 BB
So Im trying to work on my hand ranges, Pre-flop he raised and called a reraised so probably 77-QQ, AJ,AQ, KQs. Does that seem reasonable? I assume he'd likely shove with AA,KK or possible AK facing a 3B.
Flop comes, shouldn't really connect a lot with over cards so I Cbet. Gets min raised. A little confused. He's not trying to get rid of me with a check-min raise.
So Im thinking a set is likely, or JJ,QQ. Again is that a reasonable assumption?
Turn bet was a bit stupid, Im almost definitely behind. I think at the time my reasoning was that he may be floating with two overs and that would get rid of him, or he might think I have AA,KK (believable with my play up to then) and fold JJ,QQ. Anyway, when he calls Im sure he has the range I had specified after the flop.
Just let go on the river. I feel so retarded after these hands.
When I review hands like this it becomes pretty obvious that I was behind, and shouldn't have bet the turn. My problem is that that is my main leak. Ill stick in an extra bad bet like that or call a bet on the flop or turn when I know Im most likely well behind and end up not making showdown on a reasonably big pot. I think its holding me back from being a fairly big winner at the 6-max micros.
Anyway, any help would be appreciated. I think I'm going to start a thread for my micros mission soon and make a challenge to get up to the 10/25c!
Thanks all!
