Sooted cards look nice ) Simply you cannot stand a bet on the flop unless you hit a flush draw . That is not happening that often .
A little piece of advice though. At 2 NL do not try fancy plays that you are not sure about. Do not try fancy play at all. It is not worth it. Play the ABC poker without bluffing much and get value from your good hands against the fish. You will thrilled to find that they will pay. You just simply have to wait to make a decent hand. Isolate, c-bet, value when you have it and pot control when you are unsure. Do not try to force something to happen like in this example here, because the fish or even TAGS, nits do not care of what you have or what you want to represent. That is why they pay with their stack with bull..sit hands against good hands. They do not care than and they do not care ever.
