To be fair, he has to call 0.14 and the pot is 0.74 already... depending on how bad opponents are (cold calling 3bet, khm) and his BTN it is not so horrible to call.

Exactly. That's why I called preflop. If one reg or nit would be in the pot I would fold it. But here with position and with 2 fishy players in the pot I decided to call preflop.
