I think you should be more aggressive on the flop here. Check calling doesn't give you any info or anyway to win the hand right away. So id lead out or CR
oop the check raise is one of our few weapons I prefer it here whilst we may be ahead... even if he has an overpair it should slow him down and you might get to a cheaper showdown.
As played the ace falls which hits his range. No contest fold turn. we don't even have a gutshot

I don't think you should have called the limp open, steal or fold. There's a video by splitsuit here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UbrSkbNCoaA which talks about it, but basically your not going to get any money playing OOP with limpers when you hit the flop and if you do, you might be outkicked.

I probably would have check raised the flop, your heads up and he just standard cbet. You have TPTK, and you want him to fold his equity (draws).

Depends on his cbet stats but because of the way his bets vary slightly (53%, 55%, 48%) I'd think he had AK or AQ.

Check raise flop or if not, check fold turn. Hits his range pretty hard and not many people double barrel and slightly vary the bet %.

Lead out on the flop here. Only then are we likely to get info on where we stand.

As played fold the turn please if you do not choose to fold on the flop or preflop already. Do not like the board or our position in this hand which is why folding pre flop or on the flop is not a bad idea at all. Check calling two streets is burning money here.:)

No. :)

Raise pre-flop. As played, lead the flop. He's a fish, so take control of the hand and size everything how you want. You know what this fish turned you into on this hand?
