I think you played just fine. As the raiser you have essentially every hand available in your range and he does not. While we figure SB has a tighter preflop range you can effectively eliminate lots of hand combos that beat you since he didn't three bet. AJ 55 and A5 are really the only
hands that have you crushed, even against AK you have about 37%
equity. Since the board has some draw potential you don't really have to worry about him c/r you here since he only really has 21 combos of hands that can value bet (there's no way V has JJ or AA) so unless he mixes in some bluffs here he reveals the strength of his hand. If he over bluffs here (c/r lots of flush draws, gutshot w/ BDFD) you have a decision to make, but it's safe to say that the Cbet on the flop is a great spot for it.
The other thing about this hand is the river. You actually have a really strong two pair here since neither flush draw peeled off and the fact that you don't block any pair and flush draw combo Villain can have. So now there are many more hands that can call your river bet and lose to you.
