The guy is between loose and tight, so he's a medium player. He is also a fairly aggressive opponent. How do you think I played?

Apologies in advance, but this one is going to be harsh:

Fold preflop. 75o is crap and you'll be out-of-position.

Check-raise the flop instead of donking out. What does donking achieve, really? Do you want him to fold everything he would've bet given he's "fairly aggressive"???

Once he calls and still bets this turn, you can pretty much assume he has a K. Check-raising the turn only makes you fold out all hands you beat (A-high and 88-QQ), while paying extra to a K that has you crushed.

Once he calls that and bets this river, you can fold. He has a K here 100% of the time.

So, basically:
1. Fold preflop.
2. As played, check/raise flop.
3. As played, bet/fold turn.
4. As played, check/call turn.
5. As played, check/fold river.

You got pretty much everything wrong, imo.

c/c turn as played. Wierdly played hand + good odds on river = I call. I wouldn't be in this situation though.

Fold pf, c/r or c/c flop. usually c/r.

c/c turn as played, call river now even though a K a lot.

Don't worry, I'm not offended haha. Criticising will help me be better. Anyway, I think I took that weird line to make it look like a bluff. I obviously was trying to hard to make my hand look weak. When I think about it he would only call me with a K or 7 in his hand. But just wondering, when is it actually a good time to Donk bet? I always here people say how it's weird when people bet into you, so it seems like you should never donk?

I pretty much only donk when in early position on a multiway flop that I don't want to see checked through, or possibly against spewtards that auto-raise all donks 100% of the time.
I might occasionally donk when I think it's getting checked through otherwise (especially on scare cards).
Depends really, but overall, I rarely donk.
