Bet bigger flop bet bigger turn.
I'd check call river prob considering the size or blocker bet fold
Hard to put him on many 7s tbh but he is a bit loose. Don't post results even as spoilers. I am always curious to check out

Make your cbet on flop around 2/3rds the pot. It makes things much easier. Charge the draws by betting bigger on turn.
Half pot isn't good they'd always float

One of the problems with big pairs is that they are just that, a pair. The 3bet preflop is little light. After your call, there are 8 BBs in the middle, Your raise of of 6.5 BBs puts the UTG raiser in the position of calling 6.5 BBs to win 14.5 BBs with a hand that wasn't afraid to open UTG. The Button gets an even better price of calling 6.5BBs to win 21BBs with a hand that previously called a UTG raise. I assume you bet wanting a call.

Not a good idea to play a big pair against multiple players, IMHO.

I have no issue with the Cbet, but KK is not a 3 street hand, especially out of position. You have to either slow now or speed up.

Before you bet the river, you have to have decided what to do if he shoves. With just a pair and no read, I can't agree with bet calling. Check call at best and likely check fold.

Personally would all-in shove the turn against a player like UTG (I don't see things like his AF or fcbet stats so I don't know how likely he is to slowplay a three of a kind hit here which is the only thing I'd fear (or a high diamond combo on the flop)

Basically, based on the turn and profit you've made if he folds it (let alone huge profit if he calls with JJ or something) I'd shove the turn. If he's that lose that with Js7s he called that turn with you going allin with your 121BB overall, he is truly insane and his stats imply him not to be that insane as he's only playing a third of hands on average (which means he's on the looser side but displays knowledge of hand odds and fear)
