Hey everyone,In this Spot I have no information about the Villain.
I decides to make the call because I think in this Limit most villains are crazy and He could shoves with any decent flush, even a Straight.
My question is: My Idea about his range is wrong? What is your thoughts about his range?

From my experience in these limits most villains won't go crazy with check-raise all in on the river without a very strong hand.

Button vs bb I think its just a cooler, but the other players are right, at those stakes you don't see check jams on the river without the nuts, It is something you should definitly be wary of in the future, unfortunately your reasoning about straights and weaker flushes is also true

I also lost to some river check raise all in to a 4 of a kind while I had a 3 of a kind.

It's even tougher to call when you also have some nuts and your villain also have some nuts but it's slightly better. It's a very close call.

I'd guess you'd need more information about the opponent before making this kind of decision, in order to get an edge on the game. If the player is a super loose fish, then the right play would be shoving.

Hey!
Pre+flop was ok, at turn you should use bigger size for cbet (Holding top pair+FD, you have to go for value), and yeah that river overbet is telling that "Hey I have strong hand". There are regulars who play this way and try to bluff you. Against an unknown just let it go and fold it

I think this is just a cooler like MrSamsa. I don't think you can fold here. At this level, you will have villains who spike 2 pair, straights, smaller flushes or sets that can shove here.

BtN vs blinds, or SB vs BB, there's absolutely zero chance I would fold J-high flush.

Of course his river shove in a monster hand, but ok, it's a cooler, happens. It's one buy-in minus. I hope you play with a solid stoploss limit......
