this is an easy call for me. literally the only hand that beats you is 5 7, and that's not even a likely holding. If 2nd to the nuts doesn't win, well you just are going to have to pay him off.
I would like to say that pre-flop I like 3 betting this with Jacks to try and get heads-up with another opponent. I don't like 99-JJ in a multiway. If an over-card comes (which happens fairly often, don't have an exact %) and the big bets continue to roll out, you pretty much have to fold.
We know nothing about Villain's tenancies, but unless he is very laggy, UTG is not opening with 57s, and CO is probably not calling 57s unless he is also LAG. This is another reason why a 3-bet is good here. If one of them did call with 57s, a strong 3-bet would get them folding quickly.
But, as it is I would never ever fold 2nd to the nuts on a board like this. He could have just as well hit his own set on the turn and be getting it in. even faced with ~4:1 pot odds
which are pretty terrible, you still have the 2nd best hand.
