Here's a hand from this evening where I had a nice looking flop but the finish is something I am interested in getting some feedback on.

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A:diamond: J:spade:
Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, fold, BB raises to 7 BB, Hero calls 4 BB
Flop: (14.5 BB, 2 players) 7:spade: 6:spade: Q:spade:
BB bets 9 BB, Hero calls 9 BB
Turn: (32.5 BB, 2 players) K:club:
BB bets 15.5 BB, Hero calls 15.5 BB
River: (63.5 BB, 2 players) T:spade:
BB bets 30 BB, Hero calls 30 BB
I start with a standard raise, and call down because I think my odds are pretty good, pretty much what I would consider standard mathematical poker (correct me if I'm wrong I figure getting 3:1 odds was good on flush draws for 2 outs left. A little confused as to how to play a flush draw when the turn blanks and you are facing a bet. I mean don't you have like a 1 in 5 chance of hitting? if anyone has a flush draw primer, I'd love to read it thanks!) anyway I call down to the river and complete my flush. I'm thinking at this point, with yet another lead out, that my opponent easily has a spade, but queens are easily in his range and I had originally thought he had one in hand with his donk bet. I also am wary of A or K of spades, which has me beat, or any other 2 spades, which I have dominated. No matter what, I have to worry about a reraise if I raise, as 3 streets of betting tells me he's pretty confidant, and it wasn't going on much at the table.

My Thoughts
I want to say I played this alright but I am wondering how often this is just a straight up raise following the river bet. I'm almost positive he has at least one spade here and it's easily A or K with a paired card alson in hand. Is the check call a solid choice here? I have just started trying them out and this was a solid spot for me to put it into play. It worked out great, and I think a bet would have put weaker hands out and stranger hands would have bet again, so the check call avoids the hairy situation where he has a worse hand and repops thinking I'm bluffing. I also think if he did have 2 low connected spades he's folding those as well if he has some sense, anyway enough of my rambling is my check call on the river looking like the best play here?
