No read on villain, zoom. Calling my 3-bet after flatting is a bit fishy... My default here is calling but with a spr over 3, should I ever consider folding? Thx!

Stacks:
UTG - UTG ($2.13)
MP - MP ($2.91)
CO - CO ($1.97)
BTN - BTN ($2.00)
SB - Hero ($2.00)
BB - BB ($5.18)

Preflop: ($0.03, 6 players) Hero is SB with Ah Qd
2 folds, CO raises to $0.04, BTN calls $0.04, Hero raises to $0.20, 2 folds, BTN calls $0.16

Flop: 5d Qh Jc ($0.46, 2 players - BTN: $1.80, Hero: $1.80)
Hero bets $0.24, BTN calls $0.24

Turn: 7h ($0.94, 2 players - BTN: $1.56, Hero: $1.56)
Hero bets $0.64, BTN raises to $1.56 (all-in), Hero ?

In a 3-bet pot with a 3.9 SPR on the flop, ship this all day.

Maybe if you had a lot more money behind or a better read, you could fold to his Baluga on the turn. Not in this hand tho.

He calls pre usually this is pp or broadway or sc perhaps Ax

The shove looks strong and to call 20cents pre it screams set mining.

I think we bet less on turn but could bet more flop since its coodinated.

I think im happy taking pot down oop on flop

He calls ur flop bet and shoves ur turn.

He knows u have to have something clearly. So it screams strength

Im snapping this if hes shown to be a tilt monkey but id lean to folding.

I dont see enough ppl shoving with kq here.... most ppl are spooked by kq

Could see like a 9THearts but thats bout it

I think against nit regs it's a losing play to call in the long run but against unknowns it is ok since I won all-ins like this where they shoved total nonsense, thanks to zoom absence of reads. I guess it's slightly +ev, I don't know...

Just not sure why anyone would shove 2-pairs or a set in position here, it makes sense to you? I know I wouldn't if the board seems safe as I don't want to fold their TPTK and they can bluff river with ak...

He had QJ, I called it.

One of the really tough decisions.

I hate these situations.

I exclude AA, KK, QQ, AK, but he can have some hands that beat your TPTK. I agree that probably he has a pair, pocket JJ is a hand he can have and we know that at these stakes the raises postflop and especially on the turn and river are highly dangerous and set alarm for strength.

Tough spot, I would fold.

Not standard call but we feel obliged to call since we invested so much.

I thought qj

Also you wonder why people do this... well 2nl arent good players.

Also if your use to higher stakes and move down for whatever reason this catches you out.

Micros they always have it
Higher stakes they never do in this spot

Such a diverse world

I play 5NL usually so I really don't know, at which point would you say players become more balanced? 25NL?
