I'm not sure about your first question, as it depends.
As far as worse hands calling, I think it's pretty straight forward. Jx, 99, TT and maybe some other stubborn small pairs. I think that these stakes, you can expect a lot of bad calls, so might as well bet since the calling range will be wider than it should be. I think the basic thing you should keep in mind in these spots is that, yes, you can be CR and blown off your hand. It's pretty much always going to be for value though, so those decisions are easy. What's going to happen MORE often in these spots though is that someone will have a weaker hand. And at these stakes they will call too much, so you need to exploit that. If they fold in these spots, that's fine. You have to weigh the value of being blown off your hand, versus all the spots where they will call with worse. These later times will happen more often than getting moved off your hand. In the long run if you don't bet in these spots, you'll be missing more value then if you had bet/folded.
