This is a discussion on $2 NLHE 6-max: CO vs BB 3-bet within the online poker forums, in the Cash Game Hand Analysis section; Hello.
Can don`t know that the pre call 3-bet was the right step, but what about F T R ?
888 Poker - $0.02 NL (6 max)
River:($1.53, 2 players) T♥ BB bets $0.45 and is all-in, Hero calls $0.45

Is this a half stack table? If so, I'm okay with the preflop call, but calling the flop is pretty gross. Even if you're planning to bluff the turn, you can't if he bets (because he'll be all in) and you have to shove the turn to bluff at it if he checks. Floating is more for when you're deep stacked. I'd rather bluff shove over his flop bet if that's the line you want to take. But against an unknown just give up.

I think you need to 4 bet. AJs is marginally, but you can safely fold to a 3-bet. If he calls you will be in position with a hand that will likely be ahead if you hit. You'll also likely get to see the turn for free when he "checks to the raiser."

4 bet preflop. Results?

How about folding pre if villain is unknown? Micro stakes players are generally too loose/passive, so shouldnt we pay respect if someone shows aggression? Since we only play for 50 BBs our implied odds arent that big if we hit either.
As played fold flop, as played call turn and river.

re: Poker & $2 NLHE 6-max: CO vs BB 3-bet
I would call pre flop but post flop i would decide to fold. He makes continuation bet to his 3bet , he seems ready to go all in so you cannot 3 bet him on the flop , the stacks are too small for that. So fold . You haven't told us the outcome of this hand

I'm folding flop. I don't like floating here due to being easily dominated and any PP has us beat.
We want a better connected diamond for better straight/flush possibilities on later streets. if we looking to jam with high equity on turn.
turn the Ace really doesn't improve us against villains range.
