Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

UTG: 87.5 BB (VPIP: 40.00, PFR: 40.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, hands: 5)
MP: 106 BB (VPIP: 30.77, PFR: 0.64, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 163)
CO: 120 BB (VPIP: 12.50, PFR: 12.50, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 8)
BTN: 108.5 BB (VPIP: 22.62, PFR: 20.36, 3Bet Preflop: 4.23, Hands: 231)
Hero (SB): 104.5 BB
BB: 116 BB (VPIP: 12.20, PFR: 9.76, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 41)

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has K:heart: J:club:

fold, fold, CO raises to 3 BB, fold, Hero raises to 9 BB, fold, CO calls 6 BB

Was restealing with this easily dominated hand from SB a correct move?

Flop: (19 BB, 2 players) T:club: 7:diamond: 2:spade:
Hero bets 12 BB, CO calls 12 BB

Turn: (43 BB, 2 players) K:spade:
Hero checks, CO checks

Is it ever correct to check here? I hope to catch some bluff, or if villain has monster, to pay the minimum.

River: (43 BB, 2 players) T:heart:
Hero checks, CO bets 21.5 BB, Hero ??? Alright, this is unexpected.

The preflop 3-bet is fine, but I prefer to wait until I have a larger sample on the villain, so I know how loose/tight he is.

I don't think he's betting because the T helped him. He's betting because you gave up on the turn and he's trying to value-bet his middle pocket pair, hoping you'd call with A-high or a 7 or something.
I say he has 88/99 more often than AT/KT/QT/JT, imo. Or he has something like 98s and wants you to fold all better hands.

Snap-call for me.

Fold pre. Only 8 hands on him, but he's only played one. Probably on the tighter side, so KJo is a pretty bad 3-bet. Not even suited so you can't barrel off on a FD, and he's going to have you dominated a decent amount when he calls. And you're OOP.

Flop c-bet is okay. The board is super dry, and you can barrel off on an A/Q. Turn check is good to induce a bluff/possibly value bet super thin on the river. River fold/call is pretty close; it's probably neutral EV. The flop board was super dry, so he can't have any missed draws. And if he floated flop with something like AQ, he'd probably bet turn with his turned equity. He's just going to have less bluffs in his ramge than value hands here. From my experience people at these stakes aren't capable of turning hands with SDV like 99/JJ into a bluff here.
