Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 70/27/4.8

Had about 60 hands on this player prior to this hand, he played pretty passively in the hands when he was up against me, fairly fit or fold but still showed down a few crazy hands.

Pokerstars - $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Holdem (5 players)
Party Poker Hand Converter Tool from CardsChat.com

SB: $6.94
BB: $2.49
UTG Hero: $2.20
CO: $2.28
BTN: $9.70

Pre-flop: ($0.03) Hero is UTG and dealt :kc4: :qd4:
Hero raises to $0.08, 2 folds, SB calls $0.07, BB folds

Standard raise for me on this table, apart from the fish, all other players are pretty tight passive, so I don't mind raising this UTG, I'm not getting 3bet and a cbet will take it down against the rocks plenty of times, my goal is to get HU with the fish.

Flop: ($0.18) :8c4: :qc4: :7d4: (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.12, SB raises to $0.24, Hero calls $0.12

Good flop for me, relatively drawy, the fish isn't a station, cbet is good I think (maybe bigger ?), he minraises, my first thought is fold, but I can't really fold this here against this guy, so I call. 3bet anybody ???

Turn: ($0.66) :8c4: :qc4: :7d4: :2c4: (2 players)
SB bets $0.04, Hero calls $0.04

Small bet which I quickly call (I take it like a check).

River: ($0.74) :8c4: :qc4: :7d4: :2c4: :3s4: (2 players)
SB bets $0.44, Hero calls $0.44

A very reluctant call, bad but not ridicoulisly bad IMO, I can see him with QJ or A8 fairly often.

Any other lines you guys would suggest ? Don't batter me too hard though ! Thanks a lot !

He's passive? Are you sure his AF is correct because that's pretty Aggro I'd say

yeah its correct I misread that stat, gone through some of his hands, he's actually a crazy aggro monkey.

So 3 bet / shove the flop is the answer, thanks for the reply

I don't know about shoving but raising and getting it all in probably isn't bad

turn minraises = nuts
flop minraises = air/draw/TP most of the time

What everyone else said, but especially if you think he is going to call, you should raise bigger pre. Bigger pots vs bad players = more money. As an added bonus, most tight passive players will give up to cbets easier if you raise big pre also.
