When you get called to your C-bet with a flush draw flop you should play check-fold.

Preflop im not sure I like the 3bet. I think just calling and playing in position is a better strategy. Flop is fine. Turn you 100% need to bet like $0.40 ish as he has diamond draws or some kind of combo draw that you beat and will call you so often, its also easy to get away on river if a scary card comes and he suddenly turns aggro. As played, fold river. The only thing you beat on this board is a bluff and hes never going to bluff for 2x pot and on a board this connected.

Just think, what kind of hands is he playing like this for value and what kind of hands is he bluffing? Is he shoving a set here? No. Is he shoving JT with a diamond? Probably not. Is he shoving anything except the nuts? Also proabably not. You have to be right about 65% of the time for this call to be profitable. He doesnt have a bluff anywhere near that amount, Id say youd win this pot less than 1% if ever.
