was this the right approch with 2 big stacks and early at the table pre flop or should i have just 4bet my aks?and at the flop should i had tryed to take the pot with to checks at me and having position?

I think 4betting >calling. I wouldn't bet that flop with that texture.

Their stack sizes are actually good for you in this situation unless one of them holds KK/AA (and even vs KK you have decent equity, only AA crushes you). Your own stack size is the effective stack as far as you are concerned. If you 4bet or even jam, they have to fear each other, especially MP who should fold here anything below KK (but people tend to go ahead with QQ too) if you are tight/nitty.
Key question is CO's 3betting range, if wide enough then you can definitely shove.
I think the board missed everybody and you can take a stab on the flop, but making people fold a big PP or AKs/AQs that had a nut FD is extremely hard here since you didn't show any strength preflop.
