As you can see in the following hand, I have KK and hit a set so no hand is beating mine on the flop. Obviously I carry on with the bet as I usually would but both the others in the pot fold straight away.

Two of the original limpers called a pretty strong preflop bet so I thought at least one of them might be calling the Cbet. That was my thinking behind a strong bet on the flop but in hindsight I've been thinking perhaps I just scared them off with too big a bet. Would I be better off with a smaller bet here? Is my bet sizing all off?

I would probably have bet 1/2 pot, but I dont think it's too bad. At 2NL I'm betting for that "fat value" everytime. Sometimes they will fold, but a lot of the time there will be a fish calling you down 3 streets with Kx or on some random draw hoping to hit a miracle card.

Also, if neither will call the flop, most likely there wasn't much value to be had on this hand regardless of what you did.

In this hand, I suppose the flop bet is a little large but at the same time we want to build the pot up so we can GII.

Think of how the board texture is going to hit your opponents perceived range. Is it likely that they will have a K 6 7? Probs not a 6 or 7. Since theres only one K left they probably wont have one either. Would they play AA/QQ/JJs like this?

Since this is a 3-way pot with too pretty loose passive players I think clubs/straight draws could deff be in there range.

Maybe just size the bet to like 75-60 which would let them chase a bit.

This is fine. Super fishy players, super drawy board, checking would be awful here. I like the large sizing as our blockers to the king alot of our money will come from draws so we'd like to get as much money in on the flop and turn as we can. That and villains this fishy will call pretty much any pair or gutshot regardless of if we bet 30c or 44c.

When I said post more hands where you may be missing value I meant value towning top pair weak kicker or 2nd pair rather than top set :p
Betting big hands vs 62vpip droolers is never ever going to be a leak, look elsewhere!

Totally fine and standard especially versus two really bad players. They just happened to not have anything at all this time. Just the way it goes sometime.

That is a good bet. The flop is pretty drawy and if the fish have anything they are going to call you down no matter what, so take the maks valyue and bet close to the pot as you did.

OOP, in a single raised pot, this flop is always a bet.

Yes I do agree halving the bet would be a better call for you. Since then you can get a better sence of the others hands.

just fold and look for a better spot to bet and get value, jeeeeezzz man......
