To improve you need to focus on hands, where you had difficult decisions to make. Not hands, where you got all the chips in with the nuts and got drawn out on.

That was just unlucky. Just because you lost a stack doesn't mean you played the hand badly.

This is just a bad beat which unfortunately can happen when we have all of our chips in the middle at times. Nothing you did wrong, and nothing to learn from the hand either as you played it well and got an opponent to put everything in with a worse hand. Unfortunately the suck out then happened.
