Would you call/raise or shove anywhere or fold ?? Any thoughts.

My read was in his betting size, something jolted that his hand was not normal, I knew he was weaker than what he was trying to rep. So often we could expect overpairs.. but I was sure he didn't have that.

So thinking that ... how would you play the hand, especially thinking we are infront.

66....leading into the original raiser is strange. And id assume he would bet more on later streets as well.

A2s hmmm possible, but people don't tend to call OOP with these hands as much. And he'd most likely fold on the flop with this. Especially being dominated a lot and I could have overpairs etc.

78s same as A2s really... I can't put him on this but I guess he is a bad player. But in the end he will lose more to me than win. Because í'll charge him everytime.

So yeah A2 and 78s I'm not concerned based on we will get him to fold out and make more money against these guys especially in a 3bet pot.. if he lucks out on me, its okay and it'll encourage him to do bad plays in future.

It's hard to think from a GTO standpoint against such an unconventional opponent, but I think you're pretty low down in your range at this point. You can have 99, TT, JJ, QQ, KK and AA. As long as you don't have a read on your opponent (which is quite vital in a spot like this) I think it's a fold. You can save $0.92 here, reload and win your money back once you get a read on his tendencies. He seems easy to exploit once you get to know a little bit more about him.

No, you can't just always fold hands like A9o on the button from a CO open. Throwing a 3-bet in there here and there is definitely favourable.

Sounds like a great way to get stacked.

Usually this is over pair or some random shit including Ahi (and obviously some funny made hands). Easiest way to play this is just fold. I don't like 3betting unknown short stack, they like to call way too much. After you gain some information about him, then why not, but my guess (from the stack size) later you find out that you want to only 3bet him with value range something like AJ+

For the record he had JT

Tough this time, but awesome for the near future. If he just keeps donk leading with absolute garbage you're printing money in the hands after that.

That's results-oriented. If you jam turn you fold out all worse hands and get called by all better. I guess you get some protection against hands like JT - but that's too small of an argument to jam here. Committing a GTO disaster to get protection against 6 outs is too light.

Yeah against an unknown it's probably a fold on the river, because you couldn't know at the time that he would do this with air. I feel like it is a strong hand most of the time if they go for 3 streets. Sometimes I've seen people just call 3-bets, then donk all three streets and show up with AA, so it's not impossible for him to have all the overpairs.

Btw, was he playing tight? Because against the average opponent at 2nl I would let go of A9o, even when IP, and just 3bet for value.
