I had only 40 hands from him but he was playing very aggressively and kind of tilted.

MP folds, CO raises to $0.04, Hero calls $0.04, SB folds, BB raises to $0.12, CO folds, Hero calls $0.08
This is a weird line for a 3bet since it doesn't allow them to get value from JJ+ and doesn't provide much fold equity for AK and other overcards. As played I think he's repping literally a set or some weird bluff. As played you need to win this about 25% of the time to be profitable putting .30 into a pot of .95. Given the amount of weird overcards and other random shit he shows up with here, I'd call it off. He doesn't have much 10x in his range either (ATs, ATo maybe).
