What was the reason for 4betting?
You just turned a nice hand into a bluff. Call the min raise imo

Almost no reason to ever 4b blff at micros. Just call here. Play straight forward.

Call with your 99 and check it down to the river for showdown value, shouldn't be hard against passive fish since they are so passive and rather call than push up the pot themselves. If he bets into you and a lot of overs on board, fold, unless you of course set mined, in which case raise and get paid for free for the entire stack,
