What you do in this situation?

Preflop im raise to 0.20.

On flop I bet 0.21 , he raise to 0.84

10 x is a very large preflop raise size. Though he called. On that board I would just go all in. he can easily be doing that with any over pair to the board.

Agreed. He most likely has an overpair to the board. Something like 8s or 9s.

Your stack is so short compared to his bet your only option is to go all in.. no point in calking and obviously never folding on that spot
