As played I would call.

He likely does not have a set unless he somehow played KK like that. A flopped set would likely have raised on the flop to protect against the flush. And even assuming he played a flopped set so stupidly and passively on the flop AND turn, he would likely check call a small set on the river rather than lead out the river.

Again, if he has KK then I roll my eyes and comfortably mark him as a losing player.

I also don't think he has a flush. You have Ad, so it's not like he's sitting on the nut flush where he can afford to give extra cards. A vulnerable flush would have raised your small bet on the turn IMO even if he slowplayed it on the flop.

Now if he does not have 2 diamonds then you're afraid of JT with likely one diamond. But is he dumb enough to keep calling against an UTG raiser with only a middling flush draw? Remember, JT did not even have a straight draw until the turn.

So that leaves what I believe he has, and that is QK. He hit his Q on the flop and completes the two pairs on the river. Perhaps he even has the Kd.
