Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 3:spade: 9:heart:

Flop: (6.5 BB, 2 players) J:spade: 9:club: K:diamond:
Hero bets 4 BB, UTG calls 4 BB

Turn: (14.5 BB, 2 players) 3:heart:
Hero bets 9.5 BB, UTG raises to 19 BB, Hero raises to 45 BB, UTG calls 26 BB

River: (104.5 BB, 2 players) Q:diamond:
Hero bets 48 BB and is all-in, UTG calls 24.5 BB and is all-in

Hero shows 3:spade: 9:heart: (Two Pair, Nines and Threes)
(Pre 30%, Flop 57%, Turn 91%)
UTG shows A:diamond: T:diamond: (Straight, Ace High)
(Pre 70%, Flop 43%, Turn 9%)
UTG wins 148 BB

So even though I've got no hands on the villain, his UTG open limp and stack sizes marks him as fishy, which is why I played that hand - usually fish will limp call, fold the flop.

Hit two pair on the turn, get minraised. Reraise about 2.5x, get called see the turn.

The turn is bad, because it makes it four to a straight on the board but the SPR is 4:1. Should I have check called or bet here?

Cheers!

You did get unlucky further down the street in this hand but there was no need to play for us to play this trash hand so aggressively.

Also villain played this hand poorly in mind. He chose to 3bet us on the turn with Ace high which was a bluff (this move is fine), but then when he got 4bet by us he should have lay down his hand(instead he called which was a mistake).

Also for us turn is an awkward spot for us after villain raises. Here it becomes an all in or fold spot for us on the turn. Which is why we should not have played this trash hand like the we did.

Both you and villain are a bit of maniacs to have played this hand like you guys did ... :p;)

Yes, as I said, it was against a short stack UTG open limp - a fish, and they usually fold the flop when they miss so I usually play anything against these guys because most people miss the flop. Only reason I played the trash hand.

So you think 3-bet AI on the turn with 2-pair.. Makes sense I guess.
