I think I played this hand very bad.

would it be better to play bet

On the flop your hand needs very little protection as you hold the Qs,so it's all about how many streets of value we think we can get.I don't think i'm happy betting flop and turn and jamming the river. So i look to pot control either flop or turn and i think our hand has two streets of value at best.

So i either bet flop and check turn looking to call rivers/or bet vs a check or i check flop and try to induce some bluffs on turn and river. With the intention of betting my self if villain doesn't take up the betting lead.

3betting the turn is a huge over play though .Your vs flushes pretty much always maybe some sets.I don't think id even call the min raise on the turn with the third nfd i think it's a fold when raised on the turn. These stakes are just so honest when people raise they have it 99% of the time.
