What's the move here? It seems like so much of his 3-betting range has me beat on that board, and if I hit the flush he may always have the A high flush. Is this a fold? Or call and give up on the turn? What's the line?

I prefer raising here since we have the queen of spades so i think by raising we can take the betting lead and fire the turn whatever card falls. We don't mind getting it in here too by the way it villain 4bets us. There is also a possibility of villain folding to our check raise so we can pick up the pot right here.

Therefore i think raising is the best option here as it gives us the chance to take control over the hand and to take down the pot.

As you are OOP, I prefer to 4bet - fold preflop

I think I will call here and see the turn card.

From there, I will evaluate from it as well as his action.

He might shutdown on the turn. You can take it on the river if he does this. If he shows continuous aggression or value betting, fold.

Wow. If you are uncertain than do not post random advices people.

As c9h13no3 said, fold the flop if you did not 4-bet preflop and made the stupid call. This hand should had been decided preflop as tomnovember said. Calling with queens OOP when someone 3-bets you from MP is out of the question. You will never have control of the hand.
