Hand one.... Similar to the other hand you posted..... Stop opening pretty hands. Your UTG, and you have a whole bunch of people to act behind you, if you are 3 bet you never see a flop, open fold. Since this is an extremely important thing to understand, I will give no analysis on the rest of the hand because you must break your preflop habit before concerning yourself with post flop play.

Hand two: pre looks fine. I absolutely hate the x/r on the turn. Seriously.... What worse hand calls that check raise? Most of the kings you beat fold, and you will hear from turned trips lots of the time, just call turn

Hand one, preflop is fine, but I dislike the raise, since it's unlikely that worse hands will call our raise (usually 99+), or at least flush draw, so your equity really isn't good unless villain is a total fish and will call your shove with overcards. I prefer flatting on flop, since we do have position, and reevaluating on the turn. What kinds of hands does villain check on turn? Bet on turn? You'll have to make your decision based on that.

Hand two: probably better to fold pre-flop. On the flop, it's probably better to lead, since micro-stake players have a tendency to call bets like this with not-so great hands, which they might just check if you didn't bet. C-c wasn't that bad though, if you think they are aggro. On turn however, I don't really understand the check-raise. What kind of hands would call that? Only flush draws, or made hands that have you beat. Instead, it might be better just to lead out on the turn, some kind of protection bet, since if villain also has a pair of kings, he's gonna be scared of the 7 and just call your bet, and making flush draws pay. As played on river, you can only check/fold.
Looks like button is a pretty big fish.... Hard to put him on that hand considering your action.

You seem to have a habit of making raises and check-raises with marginal hands. Next time you find yourself in this situation, ask yourself, why are you making this play? Is there a more profitable play?

First of all we need some stats. All your strategy at poker should be based on player types.
Second. Maybe from 25NL and up opening from UTG with A8s could be a hand from the bottom of the opening range but at 2NL I would advise strongly "Fold it preflop". There is no way in hell that it could be +EV. No one is folding, you do not know how to play it postflop and you are playing OOP.
The second hand. The hand is dominated. While it is a good hand to open from CO it is not that good to flat call with it. It is a dominated hand and you will loose a good portion of your stack if a K hits the board and the opponent has AK or AQ. I would advise you to fold it from CO if someone openraises from UTG or MP.

I would not say that it is fine. The hand plays preety bad postflop even in position. It is very dominated.

Against unknowns I wouldn't open A8s from UTG (position, position, position...) and also not flat call from CO with KTo. Different story if stats indicate you are playing against very juicy fish.
