Pot = 0.1+0.1+0.7+0.7 = 1.6 if you call. So your raise needs to be 1.6+0.7 = $2.30 to be a pot sized raise. This will give the small blind 2:1 to call.

However, the small blind is raising 7x, so he likely has a huge hand. I might just jam it in here, and I'd expect to be called very often. We don't want to pump this to like 2.50, and have AK fold when they miss. So I'd 3-bet to the size of my stack in this case.

And that does not fold AK ?

My preferred raise here would be so that we let villain the possibility to 4bet shove lesser hands thinking he has fold equity. In that respect, with $10 stacks, you want to make raise close to 33% of stack size so that shoving for him would be pot-sized. Ergo, I vote for raising to about $3.
