Me and villain were the big stacks at the table. He had seen me play very aggressive the last couple rotations, I don't have any reads on him. I'm ams44 below.

ams44: folds
Uncalled bet ($6) returned to Dr. Wit
Dr. Wit collected $6.45 from pot

This bet seems a bit big to be a set, but I had villain on a set so I folded. I realize his range could easily have hit the queen here with AQ/KQ/maybe even QJs or something, and most villains would not make a big bet like this with a set because they're afraid of losing their customer. However since I had been playing super aggressive he probably figured I was likely to call this bet, leaving him a big enough pot to possibly stack me on the river. Any thoughts on this? I'm pretty lost in this spot. Oh and should I have led out on the turn? Is this a bad spot to flat call the raise on the flop? Any help would be useful.

I think you've under-repped your hand and you've been very aggressive so he could think his Q is good. Without a read that he's generally passive or nitty I think you stack off here. This is a standard spot for AA to munch on KQ.

That's a good point that I never thought about, under-repping my hand. So say I had realized this at the time, would callling still be a bad move? In other words is this an all in or fold situation?

I guess you can check-call the river but you probably get more value by four-betting the flop and shoving here.

Harrington says never try to guess your opponents hand and base your play on that and I think it has some merit here.

With your "very-aggressive" game I am stacking AA all day

Please use a proper title and a HH converter when posting here. Makes it so much more likely people will take the time to read your post.

I was going to say to get it in on the flop which would be standard for 10nl 100bb deep. 220bb deep is a bit trickier and villain dependent. I wouldn't stack unless he's an aggro fish. And you really should have reads on villain when you both had time to more than double up your starting stacks. Do you use a tracking software like PT or HEM?

Belgo beat me to it but you claim he has reads on you but you have none on him? Getting reads is insanely important and I am not sure many people, myself included, get that right away. You really should have HEM or PT if you havent got the trial versions yet. Even if you dont have them(you will buy it if you use the trial even if you think its too much now) you need to be paying attention.
