assume he has KK based purely on an early mid position pf raise and a bet of a zillionth of the pot on the flop?
pretty much whatever he has here it's weirdly played. in calling preflop he is essentially guaranteeing that he will be up against three players (the donk closing the action is never folding), which one would think he wouldn't want to do with KK or indeed any other really strong hand (AK/QQ).
i guess the problem here is that nothing makes sense when it comes to assigning him a range, so even though it would be weird we have to assume he could have something like AA-TT/AK, maybe KQs though with 7 pfr that's a stretch.
anyway, it's a pretty standard call seeing as we lose to KK but we beat everything else in his range, plus we have the donk who if your reads are right has shoved nearly 8 bucks in with very little equity. the decent guy might fold everything in his range that you beat and just call with KK but that doesn't really matter given the 'dead' money from the donk that's in the pot.
really, i'm sensing this is a results-oriented thread and he has KK, but that is irrelevant.
