i think there's a huge misunderstanding about this concept. the idea behind 3betting these hands is not
because we want to or expect to get called (unless the guy will fold to way too many c-bets postflop). generally we do it because they'll fold preflop often enough, and they're good hands to balance our 3betting range with because we can't profitably call with them. the guy has a very high fold to 3bet %, so it's definitely a good spot. to take the logic further, if their preflop 3bet calling range is tight, it means that these are pretty good hands to have the times we do get called, because it means we'll stack them when we hit sets a good amount of the time. vs. players who defend light against 3bets and will call you down with most any piece of the board or even float you, then 3betting these hands is generally ill-advised and spewy
re: the hand, the flop texture is of course not the best, but you still definitely have to bet this OOP having represented strength
