firstly im rishy in this hand, i built my roll from 50 dollers to 1500 in 2 weeks, then lost 400 in 2 days, i was on tilt and went to play on tilt against a great 5 10 reg, firstly did i play this hand as bad as it luk, and has nyone got any ideas how not to let this happen again and play in my bankroll in future, i had 2 months off soon after this total colapse, my tilt is probley the worst part a my game rite now cos effected my decision making so bad lasttime, please help all u good grinders out there ,rishy

1. Yes, played as badly as it looks.

2. Buy The Poker Mindset, subscribe to a training site and watch vids on the mental side of the game, don't play again until you understand the nature of poker/variance/Ev and other fundamental concepts.

how exactly did you grind 50 to 1500 in 2 weekers? how sick was your heater?

thats a sick run to go on in 2 weeks. proper/decent brm as stated before is by far the 1st thing u need to implement then learning to walk the dog, go to bed, or go to the batting cages to work off some steam. ive been in this exact spot and understand where u were mentally its a bad bad place for a poker player! best of luck in the future!!!
