Hero has KK46 double suited spades and hearts.
Hero Stack is $229.03 from the button
Villain stack is $155.10 from the cutoff

Villain opens to pot, $3.5.
Hero 3-bets to $12
SB folds
BB calls ($233.88 behind after calling)
Villain calls from cutoff.

FLOP: Qd7c4c
pot: $36.50
Villain checks
Hero continues for $22
BB calls $22
Villain (CO) pots $124.50, making him committed regardless.

Hero wasn't sure if he was ready to play for stacks in this position.
Villain can have clubs but villain can also have soft aces. The only set hero is afraid of is QQ and two pair is less frequent on this board.

Should hero call or fold with no information on villain?

I think that the vilian had three of a kind QQ or 77 because he had opened 3.5$ and you 3 bet him 12$.the BB could have folded TT or 99 88 and I don´t know why did he entered the fight.
I think you made a good fold but it wasn´t necessary a 3 bet of 12$.You could just call the vilian raise pre flop.
