I'm SB with 22.

I have about £120, villain has me covered.

Villain raises to £5 from MP, 2 callers. I call with a limper in EP I expect to call along as well.

4 way to the flop. £21.

Flop is 2c 7s ks

I check, villain bets £8, one call, I raise to £30. Villain calls.

Pot is £89, turn 2c 7s ks 5s

Hero?

I hate my flop raise size and I prefer donking the flop.

I prob raise slightly more on the flop as we're multi way, as played, bet 40 on turn, jam river.

this is one of those nasty situations were u have to bet tiny and ur opponent to fold after all.less than half pot but expect a fold.unless u want to check sthng i would do.i prefer to risk than not getting paid.i think ur raise is fine if u want to get called by worse from time to time unless u want to shove turn and chunked stack that way.p.s.:watch out multi-way with small pairs.fold many times full ring from early position huge danger of getting unstacked.

Im raising a bit under pot on the Turn and see how it plays out. Depending on Villian if he plays back at you probably folding or risking stacks.

s'all I got to say really.

question: why are you playing live with £100 instead of depositing and moving up online?

You would contemplate folding your remaining stack of ~45 on the turn if villain shoved? We would be getting (170/45) 3.77/1 on our money which is more than enough for me to stack off, and pretty happy doing so as I would expect villain to flat his flushs more often than not as he is in pos.

Live is so much softer, plus I'm gradually building my BR. Dunno if I'm good enough to mix it at 100nl anyway. I'm gonna be shifting to 50nl soon if all works out.

Ditto.
The pots more than big enough to comfortably bet,bet shove, there's no reason to risk it checking back or take a line thats significantly more likely to fold out weaker hands.

Flop is a perfect c/r opportunity. I mean if you give a live 100nl player credit for being able to pot control, then sure just bet to avoid missing a street of value, but c/raising gets money in vs FDs, commits top pairs and traps dead money in the middle when the cold caller has something that might call vs a cbet but not vs a donk and call from the PFR.

I like donking these spots too. Donk the pot on the flop. As played you only have a pot size bet behind so I guess I stick it in on the turn?
