$100 NLHE Full Ring: Interesting hand (AhKd) with top pair K with nutted flush draw (Kh5h9h) flop

Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 37/12/1.98 Full ring- 0.5/1 NLHE

Hi guys- just wanting to know on what % of the time this is a fold on the turn.

Villain was a very fishy player with a wide range, overvalued top pair, limped from UTG and had shown several bluffs previously.

Villain-UTG(55.4BB) & Hero-HJ(60BB) (AhKd)

Preflop(1.5BB): Call(villain), call, call, Hero raises 5bb, fold, fold, call, call(villain) call, fold.

Flop(21.5BB-4 players):Kh5h9h
BB check, Villain check, UTG+1 check, hero bet 12BB, fold, villain call, fold

Turn(45.5BB-2 players): Js
Villain bets 22.7BB, Hero thought for a while and called

River(90.9BB-2 players): 3s
Villain shoves 15.7BB, Hero thought for a while and called

My thinking on the turn was that I was holding top pair with a nutted flush draw on the turn, I had a decent chunk of equity vs any hand(flush and below). However I thought it was unlikely he had Kx-AK as we block any K hand, however his call instead of raise on the flop led me to think he could have possibly have a hand like second pair, two pair or a set and was nervous of the flush (However he likely would have bet 99 and even 55 preflop?) but could have just as easily had a baby-medium flush. So basically I'm asking whether the call on the turn was somewhat reasonable due to the above thinking? Also whether a shove on the turn would be silly?
Not too worried about the river as I'm a firm believer in burning money
