I personally bet smaller on the flop drag the hand out over three streets so we can make more money from non Kx hands. I'm not really afraid of flush draws enough to make this a two street push when facing a 75% F3B villain.

Looks more like a bad beat to me so to speak. I don't get how you're beat here.... I mean has to be KK I guess but REALLY?!? Wtf

I will usually vary my bet sizes depending on the meta game , I guess it makes sense to bet smaller on flop to get value from non Kx hands like 88 - JJ etc .
One thing I probably should have mentioned is that I have been pushing villain around for the past hour and felt that he was getting alittle fed up and was going to call even potsize bet.

You could have bet less on flop and turn (I tend to do something along the lines of what Baud and Deco describe in this situation - cos we don't want folds!), but if he won (pockets Kings???) then it was just one of those hands.
