Is folding not an option? When a tight/passive player raises it's usually because he has the goods. Hell even against an average player this might possibly be a fold. He'd have to do this with AJ/AT and/or a naked flush draw a good amount of the time for it to be worth a call and someone described as tight passive doesn't seem like that type of player. So yeah call me a nit but I fold here.

Also what are his UTG stats? That's a bigger deal here. Unless he's super-loose UTG most flush draws aren't even in his range and I think this is a set like always.
