If before the hand started someone said "Do you think Q high not top kicker will be good enough to win a $180 pot in 0.50/1?" What would you say?

With the line the way it was I think that concept would apply here. Especially without a read on villain.

There is a huge range of hands here that he would have taken this line with that are beating you.. Especially with the weak limp pre flop... First of all suited connectors including a 9, so

79 suited, 89 suited, T9 suited, J9 suited, A9 suited (prob won't be any worse)

We also have TJ which is a little more unlikely but with his line its possible...

AA/KK is doubtful because of his preflop call, but still possible with no reads...

The thing is, he could indeed have absolutely nothing or a Q like QJ/QT, but without reads you'd have to say that all in is a big move.

You raised pre flop, you bet the flop, you bet the turn.. at every point you have shown strength, that you've got a hand. Suddenly he pops an all in?

I would say you're beat and be folding but others may disagree? With reads it would/may be a different story of course.

yeah I just don't see 8x/7x randomly turning their hand into a bluff, and although this looks bluffy I don't see any other hands that he gets to the river with that you have beat. So I fold.

yeah, i fold, all his flop draws either got there or made a pair (JT is a very possible holding for him btw).this will frequently be 9x doing some dumb slowplay and then "oh noes i can't let him check river, gotta shove" thing that bad players do a lot. just don't see them turning a hand with showdown value into a bluff nearly often enough to call

I always have trouble making folds like this. I think this is definitely a fold and I think his most likely holding is JT here. As it turned out I did call and he showed AKh but I think this should definitely be a fold.
