I liked your post flop game, on the turn you are blocking even your name, here the J protects you 69% of the time. We shouldn't leave free cards to rivals, so I find that an acceptable exploitation against a short stack villain.
Greetings.

What do u think abhout flop and turn?

This is a good open raise from UTG. We are opening combos as QJs and QJo from UTG, for a 6-MAX Cash Table, almost 100% of times. QJ is the top of our range and has a very good playability postflop even when we get a 3-bet ahead or a caller in position.

The Preflop

Is this a 100 NLHE table? Is this a live game? If it is not a live cash game, I don't get the point of raising 12 blinds preflop, it is simply automatically not profitable, period.

The postflop

I don't understand this river. Neither your turn action.

The Turn

What is the point of going all-in here? We are blocking almost all the combos of Qx, so we assume no one is holding a queen. Are they going to pay an all-in OTT with Tx and 8x, such as AT and A8, because we know this guys don't hold TT+ and AJs+ almost never here because they called preflop, although the sizing seemed a little bit salty.
So, when we jam OTT, do we expect do be paid from which group of worst hands? The flush draws are not going to call, no odds, plus the board has double queens.
Pocket pairs? We really see 22, 33, 44 etc calling here? Two Pair the same story, just a atomic combination of T8, that could easily fold as well, and hands that call us have us beat such as 88 and (rare) TT.
Coming back to the flop, I don't know if we should be raising, giving the board is very dry and we have a lot of missed hands for the flop.

A serious question: how do you know the river if Villain folded to your push OTT?

ahm?!?!, a frequency of 1 in a million, very inadvisable to do this, unless you have an incredible and unbelievable intuition skill in poker, to be able to open QJ in UTG!

$100 NLHE 6-max: QJs from utg

QJs is a standard 6max open from LJ.

Usually I would check this combo on exact flop as fairly unlikely there are many weak Q that could pay off but all other opponents could have AQ,KQ.

Seems you were playing against some weak rec with short stack so I don't mind if you bet flop or raise against a fishy bet in this case, preferably with larger bet size. Turn is a bad card and you would better check call here unless you believe BTN is so sticky and call with all Tx.
