$100 NL HE 6-max: I flat with TT, get squeezed...

UTG was playing 34/13/1.5 over 100 something hands and had folded to 3 bets 6/6 times (surprising with those stats), so I figured 3 betting wouldn't do much good, especially with his stack. Then comes the SB, who was playing 23/23/5 over 80 hands and was 3 betting 25% (7/28 times already). Also he has 70bbs.

Get em in? What if he had 100bbs? Also, is sample too small to be accounted for?

against a 38BB stack I'm usually just 3betting and stacking TT pre. As played, given that SB seems sort of maniacal and since he only has a 70 BB stack (makes it almost definite that he is terrible) I def 4bet/call off TT here.

Key point, imo. Doubt he'll know how to interpret a backraise and is probably going to spazz shove tons of worse hands.

I'm usually 3 betting that stack too, but his stats make it seem like not only he has a pretty tight raising range from UTG, he's basically folding worse hands and pushing better (plus AK), which is why I felt it was better to play TT with position postflop. If he was the type to flat smaller pairs and SCs and stuff that short I'd definitely 3 bet. I'm raising JJ here, so I don't know, I guess TT is borderline for me...
