$100 NL HE 6-max: I finally stick it to reg

Villian is like 27/25 and my image is about 19/15

This guy has been hammering me all session and I finally get in a place where I can swing it to him.

SB: $22.47 (22.5 bb)
BB: $122.38 (122.4 bb)
Villan (MP1): $193.44 (193.4 bb)
Hero: $106.29 (106.3 bb)
CO: $125.64 (125.6 bb)

Pre-flop: Hero is dealt 7h6h
Villan raises to $4, Hero Calls $4, CO calls $4, 2 Folds
Flop: (13.50) 8d 2h 4c
Villan bets $8.50, Hero calls $8.50, CO folds
Turn: ($30.50) Th
Villan bets $21, Hero raise to $60...

What do you think about my line here? There is no way he can call right?

I'm not keen on flatting 76s in MP pf - (or are you CO? I don't see a button...) I think I'd rather 3bet him to prevent others from entering the hand, or folding and looking for another opportunity.

I like the turn raise.

Can he call/shove? Of course - with anything from a bigger flush to a set, maybe a big overpair with a heart, or even the naked A of hearts. Do you have any postflop stats on him?

I'm with slyce here. If I'm not on the button I don't like flatting speculative hands. Much prefer 3betting or folding because flatting gives too many ppl the option to squeeze where you aren't deep enough to call and play a 3way pot.

If you were 200 deep I don't mind flatting because you can stand a squeeze vs another deep villain and have room to menuever postflop.

Is it just me, or did you jump from 25NL to 100NL in like a week?

Flatting's fine if you don't have squeezers behind and/or have loose passive players yet to act. In general though the more people behind, even if they don't squeeze light, the more likely you are to get pushed off your hand anyways, so the less likely you should be to call in earlier position.

On the turn, unless he barrels an insane amount of the time and/or value bets thinly (ie with 8x/99), I don't see how he doesn't have a hand he's willing to go with. You put Tx in a tough spot as well as overpairs somewhat, but in general people this laggy won't let either go imo.

I'm also not sure about the float if you think he is barreling that light. Most of the time you're just going to turn a card that you can't do anything on. What about the Ts? Ac? Jc?

edit: hahah, is this a joke? https://www.cardschat.com/forum/cas...e-6-max-turned-153193/index2.html#post1208057

Pretty obvious joke noticed it when I first read it thinking of opponent ranges and whether it's a good scare card then I'm like wait a minute that's the exact same hand as before lol.
