$100 NL HE 6-max: I do the nit thing, and fold an over-pair in a 3-bet pot.

Villain is a 20/12/23%(1.5) over 894 hands
3-bet = 5% (3% from small blind)
C-bet = 56% (50% in 3-bet pots)
Turn C-bet = 63% (8 samples)

You guys know what my image is, and I'm pretty sure he does too. He's you're standard bad loose/passive TAG. I think 4-betting is pretty bad too, since I'm never 4-betting him light, and JJ doesn't shape up so well against a 5% 3-betting range. However, I will be calling his 3-bets light if we ever get 200 deep.

I'm a giant nit right? We're not even 200bb's deep.

Ultimate Bet, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players

SB: $110 (110 bb)
BB: $185.20 (185.2 bb)
UTG: $97.60 (97.6 bb)
MP: $282.69 (282.7 bb)
CO: $171.60 (171.6 bb)
Hero (BTN): $205.70 (205.7 bb)

Pre-Flop: Hero is BTN with J J♠
3 folds, Hero raises to $3, SB raises to $11, BB folds, Hero calls $8

Flop: ($23) 5 10♠ 10 (2 players)
SB bets $17, Hero calls $17

Turn: ($57) 6 (2 players)
SB bets $34, Hero folds

I play it the same. Some people barrel off with AK here (because they figure they deserve to win with premium hands or something, who knows) but there are still more combos of QQ, KK and AA than AK, and he won't barrel off with AK all the time, so calling the flop and folding the turn is perfect.

I'd play this the same too probably. but I am definitely a nit way too much with overpairs.. and according to my stats.. I'm not the greatest player of them.

I'd do the same.
We actually have enough hands on this guy to treat his Aggression frequency with some respect and its fooking low.
This guys gunna show up with AK about as often as he's gunna show up with TT if u ask me:p (slight exaggeration)

As for lower pairs the Agfreq stands again, without a read telling me otherwise im gunna presume he doesnt value bet ultra thin.

If this guy was a more advanced player I would fear he's trying to take us off our float or middling pocketpair which is a huge part of our range, but I doubt he's thinking about our hand and is just wondering how to get money out of his AA.
