$100 NL HE 6-max: How thin would a raise be here?

Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 28/19/1.4

Oddly, BB has never made an impression on me, even though I have 264 hands on him and his VPIP is pretty high - this appears to be only the second significant pot we've played together in all 264 hands, weird.

Context, this is my second orbit at this table. The prior hand I raised pf w 88and was called by BTN (who was SB last hand) - he donk bet a T high flop and 3 barreled, I called down passively and won the pot against an A high bluff (that's what got me to 162BB's for this hand).

How thin would a raise be here?

I'd have raised the turn.
Were probably splitting but heck some people just cant let go off sets/2pairs or convince themselves were bluffing.
Plus we need to protect our hand.

As played I think a raise on the river would be nothing short from horrible.
I doubt we'd fold out the straights were splitting to yet were handing money away to the possible Fullhouses that rivered us.

(i don't mind turn as played - it gives him the chance to spew more on the river given our admittedly limited reads. raising seems fine too though given the awkward board)

meh, 28/19 is a little loose, but do we really think he's bad enough to lead on the river with marginal hands with showdown value like 2-pair, and not only that but is also bad enough to call a river raise with them? or are we raising to try and push him off hands like 65s/45s that chop with us? either way, i think we're stretching things here with a river raise.

My flat on the turn was with the intent of shoving over any river bet to any non-pair, non-club river - given the way I played the last hand, I thought it likely he'd lead the river - I was assuming he had an overpair, discounted any 5 in his hand. But unlikely I get additional value from an overpair hand here, and fh too strong a possibility, makes sense, thanks.

Actual hand was a KcQc busted fd - I was surprised a 1.4 AF would bet the turn and river like that w a fd, esp after ch/c the flop? - definitely wouldn't have gotten more value, the question was hypothetical.
