I bet bigger flop/turn and probably check back river, maybe bet/call (we'd be more committed with bigger flop/turn bets), depends on how light I've seen him call.
As played I don't see how we can call the river. He's basically never c/r JT/QJ/KQ/KT/A7 and never gets to the river with complete air (in other words has to turn a marginal made hand into a bluff; very rare). This is almost always a hand that has AQ beat, and the 'good' odds
you're getting are actually really bad considering his range.
Also, preflop aggression =/= postflop aggression, more specifically =/= river c/r aggression after c/c flop and turn. Letting his pf image affect you enough to make huge calls in big pots like this is just falling into his tarp.
