Fold Preflop unless PFR spews badly post, in which case calling even OOP can be ok.
As played I dislike C/Ring OOP bc it puts us in weird spots. Like this board is wet so we aren't getting many folds out of Ax, and the higher part of the Ax range may 3 bet us bc of board texture. Even if they flat and we blank a turn we're in a wtf spot and we're OOP. Do we keep semi bluffing
and swelling the pot? What if he raises? Do we give up and check? What if he pots it?
Also if you look into PFRs raise size, this looks like a AQ type hand since UTG limped and he only 3xed it. Like if it were an iso raise it'd probably be 4x-5x and similiarly if this wa sa JJ or QQ type they'd also 4x-5x it
If I was intent on playing this pot throughout (i wouldnt be but if i were) I'd rather bet/3 bet than c/r, simply bc it increases our fold equity and avoids weird decisions (we've committed ourselves)... but I'd probably default to c/cing 1 bet and seeing what comes. there's cards that are good bluff cards and others that will slow villain down even if we miss, so we could get 2 cards for a decent price.
As played (C/R) I would fold to the 3 bet quickly
