$10 PLO 6-max: set of 9's on a board with no FD on the turn

First of all, I'm new to PLO I'm playing it to get my mind of grinding NLHE.
So yea, I pot the flop , he calls. When the turn comes a K I decided to Pot again, just to give him a bad price to call with a FD or something like it,
Now I don't really have a good idea of bet-sizing in plo, so I decided just to pot it.
When he re-raises It's less than 4$ to call, Can I fold here given the price I paid already?
He could be doing this with a hand like AKQx 2 spades,
The only hands that beat me contain JT/QQ/KK, But I know it's omaha so should I fold here? Did I make more mistakes in this hand?

I suck at PLO, but I prolly fold pre.

K is a terrible card since it makes JT, check back the turn. As played, you have about a 20% chance to make a boat, and you have 25% pot odds. So clear fold.

Fold preflop. That's a garbage hand. Even if you hit a set you're likely to get beat by a bigger one. Even a hand like 2,3,4,5 rainbow is way better than that.

I mean for example: 9988 and stuff?

9988 is connected. And both sets are decent. As always, 4 cards that work together than can make the nuts.

clear fold pre. on the turn, checking is your only option unless you have a good read that he always leads out with the nuts and never checks better hands.

the only thing you really want to do here is get to showdown as cheap as possible as there are almost no good river cards....

My hold'em side told me to shove here so I did, he had JT indeed, I sucked out tho =p
