Me I might call here, u can bet someone has a set, perhaps w Ks... u r drawing to nut flush or an A for top set, are only at 33% to win if he has 2 Ks, but are getting a bit better than 2:1 on yr money so... fair call if you want to gamble... If I had good reads on villains would be easier of course, but UTGs stack suggests he has been gambling perhaps, and he may also be using it to push people off hands... a possible scenario:

After you lead the flop, you MUST call since the other two stacks are in. At worst, you are 2:1 dog to win the hand and the pot odds are like 4:1 at that point.

This is an instant call.
