I am almost always checking back that flop.

3 bet is fine preflop, nothing spectacular but with antes etc, I assume it is a pretty aggressive game and we are 250bb deep

Okay, I just thought with the aggression I showed pf and had a decent draw I should follow it up with a cbet. I suppose the danger is the check-raise. Am I right calling the flop / folding turn? Im not sure how to work out my odds for drawing yet. Thanks!

Folding on turn is a little tight but fine; I'd obviously continue if it was the 8s.
