I don't think there are many hands ahead here based on the action. This hand is actually very similar to a hand I posted recently and have really been thinking about a lot today based on some of the discussion. I'm guessing for value Villian has KQ, KX suited in clubs, or AQ trying to rep a King and backing into second pair on turn. You are blocking a good deal of combos with AK. It's also possible he loosely defended PF raise with 44 or 22. As played, I think I'd strongly consider finding a fold as the situation has gotten kinda sticky.
John A's suggestion of 3-betting All-in on flop sounds like a good idea here, since outside of 44(3 combos), 22(3), AA(6) and the highly unlikely KK(1) (assuming the last two hands aren't 4-bet PF), nothing else would be ahead of you then, whereas on the flop, we have added QQ(3) and KQ(6) to hands that are ahead, more than doubling hands that would beat you and those hands are probably in a flatting range.
